A traditional Canary country house is the center of the residence. Here you find the living / dining area. In 1996 it had been restored and a large fireplace was added.

The kitchen with an old stone oven and a separate larder is furnished with a gas cooker and oven, a large combined freezer / refrigerator and a washing machine.

The bedroom floors are made of reclaimed wood like the bedroom and bathroom furniture which was designed exclusively for this house.

A double sliding door of glass and paper provides light and shade or a cool breeze.

The bathroom is fitted with shower, bathtub, integrated wash-basin and WC. A separate WC is located beside the kitchen.
